What can I expect?

Initially we will meet for a consultation session. This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for the process and how I work. I will ask a series of questions to help me understand your needs; what brings you to therapy and what you want to get out of it. There will also be time for you to ask any questions you might have about psychotherapy or my approach.

Sessions are held weekly or twice weekly, for 50 minutes.

I offer open ended, or time-limited contracts, this can be discussed at the consultation session.

Locations

Walthamstow

My practice in Walthamstow is close to the Billet roundabout on the A406. Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road underground stations are within easy reach on foot or by bus. Walthamstow Central is also on London Overground, on the train line from London Liverpool Street to Chingford. Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road stations are on London Overground train line from Willesden Junction to Barking.

Fees

Individual Psychotherapy £95 per session

Couples £125 per session 

I reserve a number of low-cost spaces for those on low incomes. Please ask when you enquire. 

I am registered with all the major health insurance providers

Supervision (for counsellors & psychotherapists) £70 per session
